what is good shock and spring for the rear ?

what is good shock and spring for the rear ? My car is making very screaking noise in the rear, and it still have stock shock and properly spring too, just wonder where to get set of shock and spring, this car is mostly and will be for daily drive and some time track in the future. thanks
