Default Help.. D/S hitting torque arm

Okay I am stumped by this. Recently when I turn right I've been hearing a bad thumping/ratcheting noise, and I got my car on the lift and found that my driveshaft is hitting the torque arm right at the crown where the front U-joint is, the widest part. I have no idea how it is hitting, and it only happens when I turn right.

My suspension mods are:

UMI torque arm relocation kit
BMR non-adjustable torque arm
Poly/Rod end single adjust LCA's
Poly/ Rod end single adjust panhard
3 point SFC's
Poly sway brace links

I notice a lot that my axle feels like it is sliding out from under the car when I go through a sustained turn like an on ramp for a highway or something. Does anyone have any idea what can be causing this? There is only about 1/4" clearance between the driveshaft and the torque arm at that point where it is rubbing.

Are you using the inner or outer holes on the torque arm mount?

Off the top of my head I'm not sure, but I assembled it according to the instruction sheet that came with it. Could I have put the torque arm on the wrong side of the mount? Is that even possible?

EDIT: I just looked at the picture on the site and its the same way as there, so I think its on right.
