Default Car not level

I need a little help figuring out what is causeing this. I just put my new lowering springs in. I was sitting about 1/4"-1/2" lower on the driverside front then the passengerside front. I remember the ball joint looking alitte funny so for the hell of it I replaced them. Now with the sway bar off the car sat level. I put the sway bar on and then took it for a ride and then cars is 1/4"-1/2" lower on the driverside front then the passengerside front again. Now one think i didnt do is take notice if it was level before i drove it. Could the sway bar be pulling the driverside a-arm up (lowering that side)?

You sure its not the other way around? Usually the passenger side is a little lower then the drivers side.

OK here is what I got. I disconnected the sway bar endlinks and whala, car sit even. I am 80% sure that the bar is not bent. What else could be causing the car to lean with the sway bar connected.

Got a wierd issue and didnt know how to change the title of the thread (if you can to explain what is going on). It is not your typical car not sitting even thread and have absolutly no idea what or how its happening.

PLease take a look and advise.

Hello
Here is another suggestion! Make sure that the sway bar mounting bushings and end links are good and (not mushroomed). If they got tightened in the air bay chance they might be binding. Just loosen them up and make sure the end links are tighten with the suspension loaded! Hope that helps.
Thanks
Brad

What else? Mismatched end-link lengths, twisted frame, or bent control arm. I speculate it's going to be the sway-bar. A little bit on the bar equals a lot more on the suspension travel. You could find another bar (I have a red powdercoat WS6 one to sell wouldn't you know) or purposely shorten the oposite endlink spacer (or vise versa) to make your tweaked bar attach level. Unless that bar has been on a major collision car in the past it's most likely it was formed wrong. You wouldn't have bent it in normal use.

I had a long time problem with my car sitting the same way, found out the same thing by disconnecting the end links.
I finally took off the front sway-bar and lied it on a flat surface and found it was the sway bar, I replaced the sway bar and the problem was gone!

The car was never in an accident so it rules that out. I will double check the sway bar this weekend and make sure its not bent.

Yeah, think about it, for it to be something else you would have to had by accident put the short spring on the high side of the car because it sits level without the bar. You catch my drift?

When I first got my car one of the first things I did was to put a set of Hotchkis sway bars on it. I didn't lower my car until 3 months later, and that's when I noticed it sitting lower on the drivers side and my car hasn't been in any accident either.
Fast forward to around 6 yrs later, when I had a lot more time to wrench on the car I found the problem, contacted Hotchkis and they sent me a new front bar, and I sent them the bent bar.

For poly, just so all the slack is gone at ride height, don't bind them to the point that you can't turn them with your grip, just stiff.
