Rear whine after installing susp. parts

Rear whine after installing susp. parts Two weeks ago I installed the following:
rear Eibach lowering springs (pro-kit)
UMI non-adj. lower control arms (poly ends)
off car adj. panhard bar (poly ends)
LCA relocation brackets
Now I have a really bad whine from the rear ONLY when I let off the gas. I hear it mostly anywhere after 30mph. When I let off the gas it takes about one second before I hear the noise. I also rotated the tires that day and three months prior I changed the rear pinion seal. Any thoughts on what’s making the sound? Over the weekend I jacked the car up and yanked everything back and forth really hard but nothing moved.
