Clunk noise

Clunk noise i just got done putting on 3point sub frame, LCA's, and a panhard bar all was UMI. I Torqued everything to 90-100 ft,pounds and i am hearing a clunk noise when i shift from 1st-2nd it sounds like it is coming from the trans/clutch area, IDK what it could be? I did every thing the directions said, BTW they were realy good and everything fits and looks great, thanks to the guys at UMI for the great products.
