Default 2 questions for you guys with SJM LL/ABS Delete

I started to install everything last night and noticed that the fitting on top of the LL solenoid is sitting on top of what looks like a slot it could fit into if that makes any sense, but it's turned about 15 degrees and is sitting on top. Is that the way it's suppose to be or should it be sitting down into the slot? I circled the area that I'm talking about.

Secondly, how tight do the double flare fittings need to be tightened to coming out of the MC and on all the connections? I don't want them to leak but don't want them to strip out either.

Thanks

Called SJM and got it figured out. That nut on the bottom actually holds the assembly together. The larger nut with the pipe threads sitting on top is actually suppose to be positioned the way that it is. All is good.

And as far as tightness, he said snug plus another 45 to 90 degrees...

Just thought I'd update.
