Default Rack seal sucking in air?

I replaced my PS pump and also switched to steel braided lines and when I go to bleed it, I hear air from the passenger side boot. I dont hear anything at any of the fittings or anything. Its impossible to bleed so Im assuming that thats what the issue is. Search looks like it causes the fluid to come out but could it suck air in too??? This blows.

I found a rack off a 3.8, I dont see a Y87 option on my RPOs. Are the 3.8s the same racks since I dont have the y87?

Thanks, what about the seal issue? I hear alot of gurgling when I go full lock on either side. When turned all the way to the right I hear the air leak. Could it be relieving excess air?
