Default Front Spring Rate?? Help

I ordered a set of Strange single adjustable front shocks and Hypercoil springs for my car from a vendor. I assumed I would get close to the correct weight spring with them after I said what I was doing with weight reduction. Im taking as much weight out as possible A/C, heater, etc will be out. I figure 3000 to 3200lb car weight? Anyway I recieved 200lb front springs,I think its a bit on the light side. What are guys running? 275lb to 300lb? The car will have limited street use, mostly drag racing. Its a 14inch spring. I will be using the factory aluminum block for now,but in the future Im sure I will go iron. What do you guys think??? I need to make a decision as my car is not movable right now,and I have to get it back on the ground soon. So I need to know if I should send these back.

200...,that sounds way to light to me, I would say go with the 275 or 300.
