Ok so I know you can use the C5 Z06 front calipers on a F Body by just buying the bracket but does the rea Z06 calipers fit the F Body? If not are there any?

You can run the rears with brackets as well. I have been talking to Kore3 about their kits. Also if you use the search, you will find one guy with a blue camaro that recently did the swap, but I believe he used C6Z06 brakes

Do a search for Z06 or CTS-V rear brakes, and you'll realize that it's not just the braking power that makes a difference, but the brake distribution also. Odds are, the stock rear f body brakes will be good enough for most applications.
