Default Torque arm bolts backing out?

What is a common reason for this? I never had a problem until a few months ago and my car broke a torque arm bolt, the forward one, and since I replaced it it backs out about every week. Loctite does nothing. Does anyone have an idea short of buying drilled bolts and safety wiring it? It is a stock 10 bolt with a bmr non-adjustable arm. There is no damage to anything that I can see.

I've used red locktite and lock washer and torqued them to about 110 ft lbs. You can also take the bolt and get a nylock nut for it too which is what I might to just for extra insurance

I've tried both of these. I put the nylock nut I have on there right now about 2 weeks ago and it was loose again this morning.

Hmm that is odd. Well if nothing else is working I would probably do the drilled bolts and safety wire them

Hello
Yeah that's what I was thinking! going with red loctite and even torque the hardware down to 110ft lbs they shouldn't be coming loose so easy. Are you still using the factory hardware or did you get the upgraded aftermarket hardware? I just wanted to leave you know we offer replacement Grade 8 hardware that may met your needs. Below is a link.

If you have any other questions feel free to ask.
Thanks

My Moser 12 had issues with the small bolts backing out a few years ago; caused the torque arm to be ripped apart. Luckily it happened as I was pulling out of the gas station on the way to the racetrack. I replaced my bolts with grade 8 and lock washers and loctite...no problems since.
