Default Centering Rear with PHR

I plan to install my on-car adjustable PHR from UMI tommorow. What is the best/easiest way to center the rear? Maybe a stupid question but just looking for advice before I jack it up.

Put a plum bob on each side and measure the distance from the face of the wheel to that. Do that on both sides and adjust till even

Spray a puddle of water in the driveway, roll the car through it, look at the tread print left and adjust the PHB till the back tires track over the fronts.
