Default suspension guru's help please

so my car has been riding funny the last few days, i decide to take a look at the rearend since i recently put in a nine inch. to my surprise i find that the bolt holding my passenger side lca on the rearend is broke, so the control arm itself is just hanging there.

so i go to put it back in with new bolt, hammer it up and now the holes dont lineup......what is the easiest way of fixn this? also i notice my spring on that side is sittn crooked what is the cause of that? thanks in advance for any info here are a few pictures

I wedged a bar up against whatever I could and pried the axle forward and had a friend put the bolt through. Jacking the rear up and down will give you a little help too.

yep...you might have to fight it, but it should go....try to jack the entire back of the car up off the ground to take the pressure off, (using jack stands of course) so that the rear is "hanging".....should be a little easier to work with

P.S.......make sure you lock down your front brakes, especially if both rear tires are going to be off the ground....i used a long handle hammer and wedged it in between my brake pedal and drivers seat...then slid the power seat forward till there was pressure on the pedal....chock the front tires also....you can never be too carefull when climbing under 3500 lbs of metal.....good luck
