Default Anyone know where i can find c5 brake conversion instructions

just as the title states i just bought the brake conversion brackets from a member and need instructions if anyone knows where i can find them... i tried the search button but came up with nothing... any help is appreciated

I don't know of any instructions, but what exactly are you having trouble with? It's pretty straight forward swap. Depending on the brand of brackets, they will only work on the side they are meant to go on.

they are the umi brackets... just pretty much how much of the spindle to cut off and there is a L shaped metal piece that came with it that im not sure where it goes

You just cut off the one ear. There is a straight edge on the spindle just above the ear...imagine that edge continuing all the way down, and cut along that line. I'll see if I can find a pic.
