Quick question on front QA1 shocks/spring height.

Quick question on front QA1 shocks/spring height. I have 300lbs. springs on the front, and set the bottom spring seat at 6 1/8 inches from the bottom thread to the bottom of the set ring as instructed. Should the car settle a lot after driving, cause this is how it looks.
As I said.. it should settle some I assume.. but wow.. that's a hell of a gap.

After driving it very little it still needs to come down exactly 2". Will they settle down that far? What do the rest of you have yours set at?
