madman is the **** and umi is ? BUT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE i went to the track with madman and bent and broke the umi torque are in half. thanks madman for everything i be back to see you

Like mentioned above if you can get us some pics I will be more than glad to look into your order! If you are the original owner then I can look into seeing what we are able to do for you. If its within the 2 year then we do offer a free replacement. But if you purchased it used we unfortunately the warranty is voided. A lot of times when customers have any problems what so ever. They usually give us a call and we are more than glad to help them resolve the issue.

Im on the phone with brad from umi performance and he told me that everything is goning to be ok. This is a great guy to deal with and i will do business with them again and knowing that the customer service that they are offering is great. Now that i am putting down more power to the ground from the looks like everything umi will be sending me a tunnel mounted torque arm. I am not bashing them or n anything but somethings do break and i hope they can resolve the issue
