Default Torque Arm Bushing

Well I was searching but could not find, so here goes. I have a 1998 Z28 w/auto trans and I want to replace my torque arm bushing. Can I do this on jack stands or do I need to have the car on a lift? Is there an Instruction on how to do this that I haven't found? Thanx for any help.
