Default Passenger side brake not applying

Like the title says, I recently replaced my pads and rotors, since the replacement I have noticed that the rotor on the passenger side is not showing any signs of wear. The three other corners all have warn in just fine...my thought was either the caliper pins are frozen or the caliper pistons are frozen and are unable to apply pressure...any thoughts or suggestions...my search did not yield anything so help is appreciated.

it should be easy to tell if the pins are frozen, if you flip the caliper up on the bracket the caliper won't slide side to side when you push it along the pins. As far as the pistons being frozen, can't you just take the pads out and use a C-clamp to push on them to see if they move or not?

If you have problems with it, getting a rebuilt bracket/caliper is easy and cheap at most local supply places (mine was around $50 for a rebuilt).

Another thought would be to look at your brake line to see if you have any problems there.
