hey guys..i have in my car the QA1 coil over 12 ways adj, but i've never adjust them since i got 'em install on the car by the way i got the 275# springs... so i was wondering if any of you running QA1 have a good set up for them....right now if im not mistaking i have the back and the front set up at 6 and i feel some rebound from them....any advice will help thanks...

In the back I have mine set at 5 on compression and 6 on rebound and it rides real nice. Fronts I'll be ordering next week with the 325 lb springs. What I read on the link above is that compression keeps the tire on the road after a bump. Rebound helps keep the car lvl.

do you have the 12 or the 24 ways adj ones? because on mine i only have one valve on each shock thats why im not sure what set up i need.

yeah thats why you got comp. and rebound i only have 1 valve since mine are 12 ways adj. i dont know whats the set up i need
