Dumb question..... but how do you adjust adjustable control arms

Default Dumb question..... but how do you adjust adjustable control arms

They're stuck and I need to shorten them. They're BMR fwiw.

I assume you mean rears. If they are double adjustable, you will have to loosen the jam nuts on each end and turn the control arm itself until you achieve the desired length. If the are single adjustable, you have to unbolt the end with the turn buckle on it.....then adjust it.

I got it. I was doing it right but it took some PB blaster and mega arm strength.
