Default Parking Brake Unadjusting...?

With the stock rear and with the current Moser 12-bolt and stock rotors I never had any problems, but recently I installed Baer rotors and a spool in the 12-bolt and now my parking brake only works for a couple days after I adjust it before it unadjusts and doesn't hold at all.

Has anyone else had a similar problem? I'm tending to think the problem is with the spool. Maybe it is causing the brake to unadjust from the tires both turning equally around every corner.

Any help/advice is appreciated, thanks!

One side or both sides of the car?

One side always seems to be further away when I adjust them back, but neither side holds at all after a couple days of driving.

There is a small metal clip that engages the notches in the star wheel. This should make the wheel click as you turn it and is the piece that keeps the adjustment static. Were those removed when you were replacing your rear end? If so, that would definitely explain it. (That's the only way I can think this would happen.)
