Default Question about wheelbase...

Alright, so I measured the wheelbase on my T/A this weekend and got 101.5" on both sides. Factory spec on wheelbase is 101.1". So the car is 4 tenths over but even from side to side... Just curious if that's normal or what causes that?

Technically my method of measurement was probably not the best way to be doing it and I could see it giving inaccurate readings. I just centered the steering wheel and measured from the middle of the rim to the middle of the rim, front to back. I could see caster possibly changing wheelbase if you measure that way...

I would say that as long as you're even side-to-side, you're good.

BTW, do you have rear trailing arms that are adjustable? If so, that could account for the extra .4".....

Adjustable LCA's, relocation brackets or lowered ride height....can change this measurement.

Nope, she's 100% stock. Except for a Catback and Lid.
