Question NEED HELP? Whats causing this-->

HPS pads. Been on car for maybe 700 miles. Car was sitting for 2 weeks undriven. Thoughts? It look like crap.

Is it rust? I think its a cellphone pic but I can't tell what I'm looking at here. Is it the line in the rotor?

Yes the line of rust. Wouldve helped if I typed that

As far as the pic....had to crop and zoom on what I had. It was with a digital, but when I zoomed in it came out like crap

If I wash my car at night in the drive way the next morning I'll have a noticeable, but light coat of rust on my rotors, but it's gone after the first time I use the brakes.
BTW, I've got HPS pads also, my 2nd set.
