Lost my bolts for my rear ls1 brakes need help now :(

Default Lost my bolts for my rear ls1 brakes need help now :(

rear bolts for the caliper bracktets that bolt the axle housing. Need to know what size they are, thread pitch and length? thanks very much

Bad news - you can only get them from the dealer. They are very specialized high-strength bolts. (The stuff you'll get at a hardware store, etc. will not be strong enough.)

Other than being a flange head, there's nothing special about them. It's a Grade 10.9 bolt. A hardware store with a good bolt selection probably has them, or you can order from most online bolt stores.

The dealer retail is less than $2 though. So if they have them in stock or can order without shipping cost, that's probably the best bet.

If you find a hardware store that has these, I want to know about it! Dealers don't charge shipping so they will usually be the best bet.
