Car jerking to the left when I get on it

Car jerking to the left when I get on it Everytime I get on the throttle and the trans downshifts, the rear jerks very hard to left and then back to the right, like I completely lose traction. Why is this? Stock suspension in the rear except for the poly sway bar endlinks. Tires are 295/35/18. Any insight would be appreciated

If you push the car side to side does it make any kind of noise?

Its always made a creaking sound since ive had the car, but its really only noticeable if I push down the rear of the car, sounds like a squeaky mattress. I sprayed some fluid film on all of the bushings in the rear and its been quiet, but I gotta do something about this whole jerking thing, its almost to the point of getting dangerous just changing lanes if i step on it.

Sounds like you have a bad bushing somewhere either on the lower control arms or the panhard rod.....
