Recommendations for 3 Point UMI SFC installation at home?
Hey guys I wanted to install these at home, however I know the suspension has to be fully loaded. I don't have access to a lift or anything. If I were to keep the front wheels on the ground and jack up the rear and put jack stands on the axles, would this be OK? I do have the bolt-on versions. Thanks in advance! Would hate to do it wrong then realize my doors won't open/close

jack up the car and put the tires on blocks or stacks of wood. i used ramps in the front and concrete blocks in the rear.. also had jackstands just in case the blocks gave way. but it worked out just fine.

Hello,
We recommend them to level and loaded at the same time while tightening or welding. Since you have the bolt in style, I assume you aren't welding them right now? What we do since our lifts are scissor type lifts is place two jack stands under the front A-Arms and two under the axle, this simulates loading the suspension and gives you room to work. You can also use 4 ramps or 4 cement blocks under the tires to load it and get it in the air.
Hope that helps!
