Default 98 camaro Burning front brakes?

I just bought this 98 camaro and went to do brakes and the fronts are burning hot and dragging all the time. It did it with the old pads and rotors but is now worse with the thicker new pads. What I assume is that it needs new front calipers, also it seems when I push the brake it pulls to the right but both front ones are dragging. Any info would be great thanks.

brake caliper frozen, stuck, sticking, and any other 'tech' terms you can muster. Flush the fluid and buy (recommend) or rebuild the calipers in question. Happy motoring

Does it be anything else like the abs system? Cause its just weird that both front ones are frozen.
