Default Brake problem

Tonight i installed new rotors and new pads in front and rear. After getting everything back together and tried to move the car, it felt like the brakes were grabbing, i had to use more RPM than normal to move and it was consistent as i sped up. I went down the street several times to allow the brakes to "set" . It still feels like the brakes are grabbing, and on both sides in the front there was smoke when i stopped. I'm going to change the front calipers tommorrow. Any ideas ?

Make sure the guide pins move freely.

Did you adjust the parking brakes to the bore of your new rotors??? If not, your parking brake may be dragging. You'll also get that wonderful brake-on-fire smell.
