Default horrible noises

Well just got my car on the road after cam swap. Put everything on at once (adj lca, adj phr, koni 4/3 strano springs, moser 12 bolt) when i hit a bump hard sounds like the wheels are gonna come threw the floor. Also im geting a weird pulse after 12 bolt install. I have a alum stock ds out of a m6 an i have a 4l60e. Are they the same?

Any help would help

It appears that the DS should be the same....according to my listings. One thing though....based on your specs listed in your sig, I would not run a factory aluminum DS. I think you're at the point where it's time to upgrade to a good aftermarket unit......or risk twisting the stock one. Others here might have different suggestions?

d tracks.

I put some lca and phr on my stock 01 ss this past spring. The car makes a lot more road noise, especially when I hit a bump or go over train tracks, I can be kinda jarring

What kind of condition are your bump stops in? What kind of wheels tires are you running and what pressure are the tires at? Do you think you could have tire contact with the wheel well or fender?
Are your LCA's rod ended?

As far as the road noise, I did the same mods as you & I'm going through the same thing. I did sone research on here and everyone suggest to tighten the control arm bolts more, apparently they need to be real tight and are known to loosen up. So I'm going to get back under and do so and add some thread locker.

For starters your tires should be around 30psi, 40psi is way too high and will feel more like driving on bowling *****.
What kind of bump stops are they? GM replacement or something else? (are they WS6/SS stops and are you using the metal spacer with them?)
Are your fenders rolled? And did you adjust the panhard bar to center the rear end?

Your exhaust certainly could be hitting the body, or the just the axle, get under there and look for marks.
