Default Can someone double check my sway bar links install???

I put a picture of my old links in this album which show where I torqued my bushings/grommets with the chassis unloaded. I installed my new ones, but I am concerned that there is this gap at the front of the sway bar.

Also, note the picture of my passenger side shock. My sway bar was rubbing the shock which explains the "clunking" I heard any bump I hit...

Let me know if these new links look OK, and if not, what might be done to fix them. Didn't clunk when I backed it in and pulled it back into the garage which is where I really tended to notice it.

Looking at the pics in the above link, it looks like you're OK..

I took a second look at the shock/bar interference...How is the gap on the other side? Check to make sure the sway bar bushings on the rear axle are in their proper positions, and gripping the bar right at the bend, so the bar can't move side to side.

+1 on checking the gap on other side. Might need to slide the sway bar to the left.

Really looks like the shock & sway are touching in picture 4... are they? Obviously it's not aligned right...

I set it up so each side had about a 1/4" gap between the shocks. Sounds like I need to get under there and snug up the sway bar mounting brackets because it did slide back and forth pretty easily until I snugged the end links.

Anyone know the torque specs offhand?

Thanks again, everyone!!!
