Default Accidentally loosened caliper break line - do I need to bleed all 4 now, or just one?

Tried to capture it all in the title! I got air in the system when I accidentally loosened my right brake caliper line. Can I just bleed that line alone or do I need to go through all 4 now?

Also - with 44k miles, should I do a full flush? I don't think it's ever been done before but it's not like I don't have anything better to do with my time, so I'd rather not if I don't have to... What are your thoughts?

Thanks!
