Default People Who Have Had Issues With Pinion Angles Come In!!!!

After I installed a new torque arm with a trans tunnel relocation cross member I have developed a big problem. When taking off from a dead stop, I am experiencing a drive train problem. As soon as the drive train starts to move, I get this stuttering noise(sounds like its coming from the drive shaft and transmission output shaft connection) and my rear end begins to shake. Once I get going there's no more stuttering. Also when I tap the gas hard and let off to get the feeling of being sucked in your seat the noise returns. My pinion angle was adjusted but I don't think its right due to the problem I have. The closest thing I can describe it as, is the drive shaft slipping on the output shaft of the transmission. Has anyone had similar problems? Can this be pinion angle problems? The noise has got worse ever since I got a poly transmission mount put in yesterday.
