Angry Shimmy-Shake when braking

When braking from 70+ mph car starts doing the "Shimmy-Shake" type vibration on the front end. When speed drops down to about 50mph the shaking goes away. If the Rotors were warped seems like the vibration would be at low speeds also. The Brake pedal feels normal with no pulsing/vibration. Brake fluid is normal/full.
Anyone got any ideas??

If you only feel it while braking then it's the rotors. They may not be enough out of spec for you to feel while under 50 mph.
