Question Cannot Find Part! Stock Shock Threaded Sleeve

I cannot find this part -- driving me nuts! It is a stock part, the picture shows it circled in red, it is a threaded sleeve almost like an odd shaped nut with extension that holds the metal retainer/dustboot in place. Mine was destroyed since it had to be sawed off.

Anyone know where I can find this and a part #? It does not showup in GM or any other diagrams I have seen.

TIA!

Is it possible that sleeve is part of the shock mount?

Damn really?! I suppose it could be, and perhaps was rounded out after breaking loose and rubbing for a while. What a pain it is to deal with broken shock mounts and related "shrapnel"!

Just looking at my replacement strut mount, the middle sleeve sure looks like the length of this part -- makes sense.

Arrgh! Thanks guys!

Oh, and thank the two Chevrolet dealerships who also looked at the picture and could not tell me anything useful.
