Default lower balljoint greasing
have you ever greased the front lower balljoints?if so how often you grease them?

Never greased them because OEM ball joints don't have grease fittings. If they've been replaced, then most aftermarket ball joints are greasable. A few pumps of grease a couple of times a year should be sufficent.
