are they single or DA? male sure the rebound and compression are the same.

the drivers side and passangers will be turned to different lengths on the shock body to achieve a level ride height also.

whats the height of your front fender @ ride height

i think its like 28 if im not mistaken, it just seems like the passanger side is so much looser than the driverside....driverside is significanly stiffer, and no they are Single adjustable and both set the same...

Lots of possible issues with this but since You brought up the shocks, one of the possible issues is a bent shaft. Best way to either eliminate or suspect the shocks is to switch shocks from left to right and see if the problem follows the suspect shock.

i have the same problem. my passengerside was easy to bounce and the driverside was hard. i have some worn or loose on the passenger side. when i bounce the car the shock piston is not moving..the driverside moves. i have Qa1's and springs. i took it apart and i guess the mount is worn or im missing maybe a washer that goes on the bottom of the shockin the mount?

Does anybody have a pic of the hardware that is suppose to be in this shock to mount it to th mount?

check to make sure your shocks are compression when u bounce the car.
