Default Front control arm removal

Got everything in the front end pulled out except for the damned lower control arm bolts. They come most of the way out, but then the flange on the head hits the boot around the inner tie rod end/rack, and there's not enough play to get it past it.

Also, mmmmmmm:

I was able to wiggle mine past the rack just push on the boot. If you can't there are only two bolts that hold the rack to the k-member loosen them then push the rack up. For the nut mine wouldn't break loose with penetrating lube and an impact so i just cut the shaft of the strut and pulled it out, but I was replacing the struts.

Everything up front is coming out, but I'll try loosening the rack a bit and pushing it up first. Already had to cut my front end-links off, don't want to break the grinder out again unless I have to.

Wound up having to pull the steering rack bolt on the side I was working on, and pivot the rack forward on the other side's bolt in order to get enough clearance to pull the bolt out.

The easiest way to get the front bolts out is to crank the steering wheel all the way clockwise and remove a bolt, then counter clockwise and remove the other bolt.
