why cant i adjust caster on umi lcas?

Default why cant i adjust caster on umi lcas?

i dont get it. i loosen the nuts and yank on it and it wont move. i can hit it with a hammer and it wont move. any ideas?

the alumninum spacers will rotate but i cant get the control arm itself to move

I have been meaning to ask this. The F-Body's use a special tool to adjust caster and camber(I'm sure you can do it without but it makes it a lot easier) do aftermarket, tubular a-arms have holes in them that would allow me to use the tool?
