Default caliber hits rim

I have 15x10 summit stars on the back and I have grinded them perfect. on my 4th season on the rims and just last weekend at the track during braking I heard clunking from the rear, I pulled into my pit it sounded like the axle broke because it was clunking pretty good. I jacked the car up and tried to move the passenger rear wheel and it was very tight. Then I seen the caliber was locked into the rim. pulled the wheel off checked the bolts and they were tight. I unbolted the caliber and it pulled right off without pressing the piston in.

The bolts tighten up and it stays their till i hit the brakes then it starts making the clunking sound again. It has ate a nice groove in my rim. Can anyone explain what the hell is going on here.

What about the bolts for the caliper mount? The bolts for the caliper to the mount might be ok, but if the bolts for the mount to the axle are loose/broken/missing, it would cause this same concern.

I will check the mount bolts. I was thinking the cailper might be bad, I grinded a ton off them to fit the 15's.
