Sway bars will help a lot. The adjustable panhard is a nice piece, but it's not going to be a neccesity or something you'll noice. It's used to located the rearend for lowered cars or if you have a problem with your factory bar. I always reccomend the adjustable one regardless if you plan to lower the car in the future, at least it leaves the option open for few extra bucks.
Replacing the bushings these days is very important since the rubber parts are going bad.

Hey guys I'm doing an overhaul on suspension, don't plan on lowering want to keep as close to stock as possible. I plan on using the energy poly susp bushing kit and gr2s for shocks. My question is is it worth it to upgrade sway bars, adj pan hard bar, and the stock springs if I'm keeping it stock height? I think the bushing kit will show a tremendous amount improvement. The kit come with sway end links and I'm going to go ahead and changed the front ball joints as well. What do you guys think??
Handling? Drag? Ride quality?

Looking to keep it stock, a smoother ride and probably won't ever drag it. Once motor, trans, and rear end needs work ill probably keep the rebuilds stock minus maybe a little higher stall and a little higher rear end ratio. Not trying to break any records with this car

Cheapo replacement shocks are only a waste of money, if you want a smooth ride look into some Bilstiens.

Definitely going about this wrong then. Smooth ride = rubber bushing only. Poly can bind causing a harsh ride (and in some cases break parts), and can also be real noisy.

Shocks won't give you handling they will improve ride COMFORT. New shocks with old worn out bushings will make you cry, even more so with those High Dollar shocks. Don't get me wrong good shocks are a plus, that will be my next move but I was tired of the clunking and looseness, After I did my bushing install and took it for a ride the first time.........I had this BIG Smile.

JD, thanks for the info I guess I wasn't really aware of that, I have just readup and the hyperflex bushings get really good reviews I just know that after 134k the stock stuff is probably ready to be out the door. I have been reading other threads and will probably just buy a set of the bilsteins, hopefully the extra 150 is worth it.
Put poly bushing in places that need articulation and you will BREAK things:

Poly bushings bind, your suspension needs to move.

For handling shocks > anything, ask anyone whos been there, or who does handling for a living (like Sam Strano).
If your tired of clunking then tighten bolts, and if that doesn't help get solid rubber. If you don't like looseness then get good shocks...

You should be doing good shocks (slp bilstiens for example) first unless your bushings are in dire need of replacement, because the factory shocks suck even brand new because of the way they are valved.
