I am just wondering what type of shocks you guys with H&R springs are using? Also, how’s the ride in your opinion? And does anybody know the spring rate on them?

1. Koni DA's
2. Depends on the shock settings, "moderately stiff".
3. 648 in lb/ 257 in lb (F/R, per my calculations)

1. No, they are linear rate with a tender spring (look like a progressive, but the weight of the car crushes the "soft part" into a spacer.

2. Probably.

I would say all revalved Bilsteins are not valved equally . There valved according to the spring rate andwhat you want to do with it. Unless i miss understood your question

I am trying to buy springs and I have found a lot on information on here helpful. I decided to get G2 springs... then found they are on back order indefinately.

So I'm thinking of H&R springs. The springs mentioned on this post are 1.25" drop Sport spring?? If so they advertise the rate is 25-30% more than the stock springs. I called them today, and they refused to tell me the spring rates (kinda annoying).

Are their Sport springs the ones stated here at 648/248?? Are these progressive rates?

Thanks.

Roy, thanks for catching that one. I read that as "Are revalved Bilstiens equal to Koni's?", not are they all equal. Oops.
