Default Looking for a 13" Hat-Mount Rotor...

I found these Wilwood rotors but they are crazy expensive. I don't understand why I can get these Speedway rotors for 1/4 the price but of course they don't make them in 13" or bigger. Anybody know of a reasonably priced hat-mount? Looking for .81" width but I'm not picky at this point. TIA

Any two-piece rotor is going to cost some coin. The idea is that you invest in the friction band and hat assembly package and replacement friction bands are cheap afterwords. Not in all cases, though.

Right, since there are some out there under $50. All I'm looking for is the "friction band" as in the links I posted and I can't find anything 13" < $200. I'm thinking about buying a C6 Z06 rotor ($70) just to see if I can machine out the center.

There's a good chance you won't be able to. You have to buy the correct one for the hat. I wouldn't try to create my own using a Z06 rotor, but good luck with it.

I got my rotors finished, I think they turned out great. 13" rear rotors

One question though for the gurus - With directional rotors which one goes where? Does the air move inside out or outside in?

Looks damn good!

The air moves enters through the inside and discharges outward.
