Looking to put new parking brake parts in this new rear but having trouble find the parts. Tried gmpartsdirect but didn't have anything that I could find. I need the parts inside the rotor and the lever.

Easy answer - they aren't available and are only carried in a kit. Here's an exploded parts diagram. Which ones are you looking for:

... there are a few exceptions. Exactly which parts do you need?

Junk yards may be an option. (The parts don't get a lot of wear at all.) However, there is a pretty good demand for them from people doing new rear ends.
