im trying to find brakes for my chevelle project. and i can get some 1998 V6 fbody brakes, front and rear calipers and brackets, ebrake cables and handle along with center console all for $150 bucks....

my question is, are the fbody V6 brakes the same as whats in the V8 ls models

Exactly the same. 1998-02 camaros share brakes.

Yep, 1998+ camaro all had the same spec disc/disk? break configuration.
