Default ABS Light with video inside

So this happened a few times before, but it would always go away after I shut the car off. It would come on every now and then after a hard 2nd gear shift, but now it just stays on. I hooked a couple scanners up to the car, but got nothing. Put the car in the air and looked it over, but didn't see anything broken or unhooked. Now when I have the E-brake on, the Low-Trac light dimly flashes . Also, if I start the car with the E-brake up, all of the dash lights will go off, but as soon as I put the E-brake down, ABS INOP comes back on. The car does not have traction control.

Here's a video of what it's doing.

Anyone have any idea's or had this problem before?

A normal trouble code scanner will not pull ABS codes and your local autozone cheap scanners they plug in for you wont find ABS codes. Your options are to find someone/ or buy a scanner that can pull the ABS codes are try some little trial and error things to see if it shuts off.
Check your third brake light as that can cause the INOP light to come one.
Also remove and clean all your ABS wheel sensors, them being to filthy can cause the light to come on.
Can also put dielectric grease in all the connectors for the ABS system to make sure they are moisture free and getting a good connection.

Without pulling the code though your really just guessing..

Ended up being a loose ground under the hood on the passengers side from when I did the Racetronix fuel pump harness.
