Are you drag racing your GTO? Brute Speed makes a solid axle conversion. Without any additional options it's $5,000.

That's not a solid axle conversion. That is a 9" center section for the IRS that you can use in place of the standard GM center section. It's comes with stronger CV shafts as well.

Our package Includes 2004-06 GTO M9 Housing, Axles, Chrome Moly Torque Arm, Chrome Moly Cross-member, Control Arms, Sway Bar, Panhard Bar, QA1 double adjustable shocks, Springs, Driveshaft Loop and all associated mounting hardware. Drain and Fill Plugs are Included.

Moser nodular iron center section with a spool are included. Options for differentials and an aluminum center section are available, at the bottom of this page. The aluminum center section saves 14 pounds of weight, as is perfectly at home on the street as well as the dragstrip.

My Camaro cut 1.29 60 ft times on M/T dot drag radials with this same rear.
