The rears of the LS1 cars are almost identical to the vettes, not worth the headache.
What C5 kit do you have?

The front caliper is always bigger on our type of cars. That's what the C5 conversion is all about.

I've heard of some people using the c5 calipers in the rear. I think the C5 rear rotor is a tad larger?? I can't recall exactly. And I'm pretty sure those who did it just swapped the caliper right on without a bracket.

From what I've read, theres not a significant advantage to running C5 rear rotors. Hell, even the LS1 fbody front calipers are the same size as the C5 front calipers, they're just cast differently on the C5's. I've seen people do the conversion bracket with the bigger rotors and just re-use the stock f-body calipers up front.

Personally, I'm going to upgrade my front LT1 brakes to C5 calipers/rotors and retain the stock LT1 rear calipers and just have them powder coated to match the C5 brakes and throw in some hawk pads to make them perform better.
