I just bought some used LCA's and PHB off of a guy. I'm not too sure how long he had them on his car. By the looks of them I would say not that long. Anyway would it be ok to just put them right on or would you suggest buying new bushings for them? If so what is the best type to put on?

What kind of bushings are they? I'm guessing poly by what you've said. Just inspect them for any cracks and if they look good, grease them up and slap em on.
