Default Home made harness bar?

first off im not sure if this is where i should post this but has anyone made a homemade harness bar? i put in new seats and need to get harnesses. i dont want to pay the rediculous price of 6LE harness bar and shipping on a 6 point cage to hawaii is probably rediculous... any ideas?

get one made by a reputable shop or else you will pay if/when you get into a wreck. the angles of a harness bar have to be within a set degree or you will risk spine compression and other bad things.

you should never skimp on safey items.

I would just get the 6le bar as it's already made, and as he said don't skimp on safety

I had one of the first harness bars. After it was installed it was VERY strong. I later went with a full 6pt rollbar.

Damn ok I guess I'll either bite the 450 for just the bar or the 600 for the 6 point...
