Did all 4th gen SSs come with 35/22 sway bars? Like the title says .

Did they all come with the 32/19 sway bars or was it certain years or was it part of a special package like the 35th le?
I'm trying to get sway bars from an 99ss to stay on a budget instead of getting brand new sway bars.
