Default Rear end V6 to V8 brake line question*PICS*

I have always used the long lines that came off my drum rear end. Everything has worked fine but I'm trying to do this right and make it look good. My car was originally a V6 and only has 1 hard brake line for the rear brakes. The rear I'm putting in has LT1 brakes and 2 lines coming off. I need to make the 2 lines go into 1.

The "T" I have is not the correct size for the lines coming off the LT1 brakes. I'm a total noob when it comes to this. Thanks for any help.

You can get the hard lines off of the rear of a 3 channel car to solve the issue. I do think someone sells the lines new too.
